about.

I am a freelance curator with a background in architecture, social sciences and museum studies exploring how emotional response to objects, places and spaces can revive meaning; influencing our relationship to heritage and how we interpret it. Areas of research include themes of memory, place, psychogeography, urban heritage, dissonant or 'dark' heritage, material culture, immateriality, intangibility and the power of historical authenticity.

Whether the focus is on private or public collections, written or visual interpretation, I seek to understand and reveal the hidden lives of objects and places; using narrative to facilitate emotional connection and elicit meaning.
